Reflexology
Reflexology is used for stimulating energy pathways to restore balance in the body. As it is believed that points on the bottom of our feet correspond to organs, glands, and different pressure points on the body. Reflexology can be used as a complementary therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet to promote relaxation and healing. Reflexology may help with a variety of conditions including stress, anxiety, fatigue, improving function while reducing pain, boost immune system, improve digestion, correct hormonal imbalances, improve general well-being, hypertension, chemotherapy-induced nausea, and much more.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a relaxing and gentle hands-on therapeutic approach used to release deep tension within the body, reduce pain, improve dysfunctions, and aid the bodies natural response to stress. This calming holistic modality improves nervous system function, enhances whole-body health and promotes wellness including mental well-being. CST acts on boney structures, fluids and fascia which helps influence and boosts the immune system.
As the name 'craniosacral' implies, the therapy involves addressing restrictions within the cranium along the spine and in the sacrum, as well as the interconnecting fascia and biodynamic fluids which ultimately serve to connect the whole body. Working with the nervous system directly and indirectly.
CST is helpful for treating chronic pain, concussions, traumatic brain injuries, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, neck and jaw pain, fibromyalgia, whiplash, depression and anxiety and so much more.
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage (LMD), also known as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), helps move stagnant fluid (swelling) caused by a blocked or compromised lymphatic system. LMD uses a gentle touch to flush toxins, waste, extra proteins, and plasma throughout the body to be cleaned and sent back to the circulatory system or flushed from the body. Lymphatic drainage massage acts like a manual 'pump' to aid and manipulate areas of your body to move lymph. It is not a typical massage and requires advanced training.
